Who we are
Punter Folio operates the website punterfolio.com. We are an independent comparison site — not a casino operator. The site is not affiliated with or owned by any of the operators we review.
What data we collect
We collect minimal personal data. If you submit a contact form, we receive your name and email address and use them to respond to your query only. We store a session cookie to remember age-gate confirmation, and a local storage flag to remember cookie consent. We don't run advertising tracking, retargeting pixels or third-party analytics platforms that collect personal data beyond standard server logs.
How we use your data
Contact form data is used solely to respond to your message and is not shared with third parties, stored in marketing lists, or used for any other purpose. Session data is stored in your browser only and is not transmitted to our servers.
Affiliate links and third-party sites
When you click an affiliate link and visit an operator's site, you enter that operator's own data environment. Their privacy policy, not ours, governs what data they collect. Affiliate tracking parameters in URLs identify the referral source but don't pass personal data about you to us.
Cookies

Your rights

Since we hold only contact form data and only while responding to a query, requests for deletion are generally handled within a few working days.
